All research requests are fulfilled within three business days. If you need information immediately or information about one specific call, please call our office directly at 256-536-3621 or 877-356-7693 for assistance. Call research and call traffic reports are provided for a fee of $25.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. One detailed billing report will be provided for free per client with each additional billing report provided at $1.00 per page copy.
CALL RESEARCH: Call messages and agent recordings are maintained for up to four years. Please only provide the specific dates and nature of the call(s) in question. DO NOT provide names or telephone numbers of callers. You will be contacted directly to obtain sensitive caller information if needed.
CALL REPORTS: Reports detailing call volume and other statistics within a specific time frame are available. Please indicate the dates and specific area of your interest so we will know which reports to run. Also indicate whether you prefer to receive results via fax, e-mail or over the telephone.
BILLING REPORTS: Please provide your practice/office name and the invoice number in question. A detailed billing printout with an explanation of charges will be mailed directly to your office.
