Telephone service skills, general office skills and familiarity with Windows is required. Moderate exposure to medical terminology is preferred. All applicants must be able to type a minimum of 30wpm. Typing speed, general spelling aptitude and general medical terminology will be tested prior to interview scheduling.
Professional Communication Services is a 24-hour business. Availability for holiday shifts and during inclement weather events is mandatory.
